2009-2010 Contra Season is September through May with guest bands and callers providing hot
tunes and great dances! Contra dances will return to their Bozeman roots this year with most dances taking place at the (now non-smoking!) Eagles Lodge with its beautiful wooden dance floor.
International and Scottish dancing is once a week. See below for details and schedule.
Helena dances are held just down the road, generally on the 2nd Saturday of the month.

INTERNATIONAL FOLK DANCING & SCOTTISH COUNTRY DANCING NEWS
- February 20-21 - International Folkdance at Boulder Hot Springs: the 25th Annual Steam and Stomp. See flyer for details.
Bozeman International Folk Dance and Scottish Country Dance will resume in 2010 with weekly Tuesday dances on Jan. 19th. International starts at 6:45 p.m. then Scottish Country at 7:30ish. SOB Barn on campus.
Dances are taught or reviewed, so no experience needed. No partner necessary. No cost. Bring clean, soft soled shoes. You may want to bring a water bottle or snack. We will not dance if the temperature at MSU is 10 degrees or less.Here's a sample of what we're doing, with some cues:
