Venue:
Dances and workshops will be held in The Emerson at 111 South Grand
Avenue in downtown Bozeman. The recently remodeled ballroom has a
wonderful wooden dance floor and improved acoustics.
Capacity:
Registration is limited to the first 110 people who sign up with an
attempt to keep the camp gender balanced.
Costs:
Full registration includes food, music, dancing, and workshops.

Cancellations:
If you must cancel, call or email Max
as soon as possible. Do not find your own replacement!
If you cancel by December 30, $25 per person will be retained. For
cancellations after December 30, there will be no refunds.
Meals:
Saturday lunch and evening banquet are catered by The
Bountiful Table featuring distinctive and creative natural
cuisine. Meat and vegetarian options are available. Energizing, healthy
snacks and beverages are also provided throughout the weekend.
Lodging:
Two options are available: home stays with BFS members or local motels.
If you stay in a motel, you must make your own reservations. Nearby
motels run the spectrum from upscale to Mom and Pop. Here are some
